-does not automatically logout your login account. i find this good because i only trade at home.

-Withdrawal process is slow even for USDT
-Customer service needs improvements; there are concerns via email that they leave you hanging. they do not get back to you whether concerns are resolved or not.
-please put nick names in payment details for easier selection
-copy trading filters not working
