i requested of 420 USD but i only got 380 USDT

Subject: Unresolved Withdrawal Issue with Fidelis Capital Markets Dear Fidelis Capital Markets Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding a recent withdrawal request I made with your platform. On September 5, 2023, I initiated a withdrawal request for 42,000 USC i.e 420 USD from my trading account. However, to my dismay, I only received 380 USDT in my Binance wallet. This discrepancy of 40 USD is a cause for concern, and I expect a prompt resolution to this matter. I have been a loyal customer, but this experience has left me frustrated and questioning the integrity of your services. Please investigate this withdrawal discrepancy immediately and ensure that the missing funds are credited back to my account without further delay. Deliberately lead to liquidation

First, the account is closed and cannot be logged in, and then lead the liquidation. After that, the account is opened to allow you to log in.

A client of Fidelis CM has complained that this broker manupulated his leverage whenever he made a profit and whenever he transferred his funds to other account.

I am careful to give this remark, customer service was good and they have a very simple approach to trading! I suppose a trade with, will not be a loss. You must know exactly what you are doing!

Fidelis CM is a top ECN online Forex broker. I am quite pleased with the customer service. Fidelis offers a variety of trading account alternatives. They offer the lowest spread rate. My withdrawals are completed in a timely manner. I'd want to invest more money with this broker.

Got satisfactory services, am working with Fidelis Capital Markets as IB Agent from some good time now, yes ups and downs came for sure and even withdrawals gone slow sometime but eventually I got my withdrawals. Spreads can be better comparatively for which I have always put a note to them. Hope it goes fine soon Recently the company got regulated by the Financial Services Commission of the Republic of Mauritius so feeling a bit secured now and it is helping me to maintain my client base
