Oxford Exchange is a foreign exchange agency platform under Zhejiang Huihuitong Asset Management Co., Ltd. On August 1, 2019, all the remaining funds were transferred out through the account. Oxford Exchange said that due to the system upgrade, the transfer of funds was suspended. On August 19, 2019, the transfer was changed to US dollars.
