No withdrawals!

Saying withdrawals can take days doesn't mean we're scamming you? It's a scam. Be careful, never deposit money. I'll write to all their regulators and report them as scammers. I'll spend ten times the amount of money they haven't given me to expose them so others won't be scammed.

Withdrawal Stuck on “Pending Review” – No Funds Received

I submitted a withdrawal request of $747 USDT (TRC20) on July 24, 2025 via the HTFX platform (user.htfx.co). Today is July 28, and the status is still stuck on "Pending Review", with no updates or transfers received on my wallet. I contacted their support by email (support@htfx.com), but the only response I received was: “please wait patiently.” No explanation, no ETA, and no action. This is unacceptable for any legitimate broker. Other users should be extremely cautious — this is looking more and more like a scam. ⚠️ I advise never depositing or trading with HTFX until they provide proof of regulation, transparency, and actual withdrawals processed.

Withdraw success

I submitted a withdrawal request from HTFX on July 22 at night. Since it was after office hours, the request was processed the next business day. The funds were successfully credited to my BCA bank account on July 25. Although the process took a bit longer than expected (about 2 working days), I can confirm that the withdrawal was completed. I hope HTFX can continue improving their processing time, but overall, the withdrawal was successful.

I have made several withdrawals and the last one was a few days ago but there was no response from the company... they promised to wait for approval but until now there has been no action at all. They accused me of abusive trading even though I didn't do it and the account manager allowed me to withdraw only the principal funds and after I did it, the WD still hasn't been sent. Why do abusive trading with small funds... what's the benefit? They are just looking for a reason not to pay our profits.

It's been a week since I initiated the withdrawal, and customer service keeps saying it's being processed but there's been no response at all.

This forex platform is really dangerous, the customer service is either unreachable or just perfunctory.

My account is frozen.

Withdrawals require payment

When requesting a withdrawal, it was rejected. The platform customer service said they are regulated by the Taiwan Financial Supervisory Commission. When withdrawing, 20% of the profit amount needs to be paid as income tax. They assist in collecting it and submit it for review by the Financial Supervisory Commission. This income tax must be paid separately and cannot be deducted from the funds in the account. If the payment is overdue, 5% of the account balance will be deducted daily as a penalty until fully deducted. This behavior will be reported to the local authorities, which may affect the user's credit. Due to suspicion of fraud, no further deposits are allowed.

I can't withdraw my money, I've paid the deposit and taxes. They asked for a screenshot, which I sent. Now their number is not responding. I will post the screenshots on social media so that other people don't fall for these scammers' tricks.
