On 8 April 2016, Get Nice Financial was successfully spun off from Get Nice Holdings and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Get Nice Securities Limited, Get Nice Futures Limited, and Get Nice Asset Management Limited, Get Nice Finance provides investors with securities, futures, and options brokerage services, securities underwriting and placement services, funding certificate services (for transactions relating to the Takeovers Code), securities margin financing services and corporate finance advisory services. GET NICE FUTURES COMPANY LIMITED is currently regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong.

Financial services offered mainly include securities, futures, and options brokerage services, securities underwriting and placement services, capital certification services (transactions related to the Takeover Code), securities margin financing services, corporate finance advisory services.
Fees of GET NICE FINANCIAL
GET NICE FINANCIAL has set different fees for securities and futures products, such as brokerage commission for securities trading, which should be negotiated with brokers, with a minimum of HKD 100, stamp duty at 0.1% of the transaction amount for both buyers and sellers, and less than HKD 1 is calculated as HKD 1, transaction levy 0.027% of the purchase and sale amount. The transaction levy is 0.027% of the purchase and sale amount, the transaction fee is 0.005% of the purchase and sale amount, the central clearing fee and miscellaneous fees are 0.002% of the purchase and sale amount, and the transfer fee is HK$5 for each transfer. Dividend collection service fee for stock safekeeping is 0.4% (minimum HK$20), dividend collection fee by shares is 0.4% (minimum HK$50), stock pick-up fee is HK$3.50 + HK$20 per board lot (odd lots are counted as one board lot) and rights issue service is HK$0.80 per board lot.
