Part I: Personal Journey & Industry Insights

Q1：Could you please give us a brief self-introduction, including your background, professional experience, and industry achievements?

A：My name is Lance, and I have over 8 years of experience in the finance and trading industry. I currently serve as the head of the BWS Trading Community, where I focus on education, trader development, and building a strong trading ecosystem.

Q2：In your opinion, what abilities and qualities are essential to become an outstanding IB?

A：In my opinion, an outstanding Introducing Broker (IB) must possess several key abilities and qualities.

First, a qualified IB should have an adventurers spirit — the courage to explore new markets, try new strategies, and face challenges with confidence. At the same time, they must maintain a sharp sense of the market, allowing them to quickly identify business opportunities and respond ahead of the competition.

Beyond that, strong communication skills, the ability to build trust, and a commitment to long-term client relationships are essential. An excellent IB not only brings in clients but also guides them, supports them, and grows together with them.

Ultimately, an outstanding IB is someone who combines vision, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping traders succeed.

Q3：In your view, what are the most noteworthy trends in the forex industry over the next three years?

A：In the next three years, the forex industry will be shaped by three major trends:

1. AI & Automated Trading – More traders will rely on algorithms and AI tools for faster, smarter decision-making.
2. Digital Currencies – Cryptocurrencies and especially CBDCs will become more integrated into global FX flows.
3. Stronger Regulation – Tighter and more transparent regulatory frameworks will improve investor protection and raise industry standards.

Part II: Investor Protection, Trading Mindset & Elite Committee Responsibilities

Q1：What value do you think WikiFXs products and services bring to investors in helping them achieve safe trading and effective risk control?

A：WikiFX plays a crucial role in this industry. Without a platform like WikiFX, many investors would have no reliable way to verify a brokers background, regulatory licenses, operational history, or credibility.

If users only rely on what a broker tells them, they may easily fall into traps — especially since some brokers may provide misleading or even falsified information. WikiFX fills this gap by giving investors a transparent, independent, and data-driven channel to check a broker before making any decisions.

By providing verification tools, ratings, user reviews, and regulatory information all in one place, WikiFX greatly improves investor protection and helps traders achieve safer trading and more effective risk control.

Q2：As a senior IB or KOL in the industry, how do you think professionals should convey the right trading mindset and risk awareness to ordinary investors?

A：As senior IBs or KOLs in the trading industry, we carry significant influence. What we do — whether good or bad — becomes a model for newcomers. If we lead with integrity and solid knowledge, we become positive examples that help new traders grow correctly. But if we convey the wrong concepts or act irresponsibly, we risk becoming negative examples that mislead beginners.

This is why we must consistently promote the right values, proper trading mindset, and realistic expectations.

Professionals should instead focus on:

1. Emphasizing risk management over quick profits
2. Teaching discipline, patience, and realistic expectations
3. Highlighting long-term consistency rather than short-term hype
4. Being transparent about losses, challenges, and the learning process

Only by setting the right example can we build a healthier trading ecosystem and empower investors to grow with the correct mindset.

Q3：As a member of the Elite Committee, what kind of responsibilities do you expect to take on in the future? What contributions would you like to make to the Club and the industry?

A: As a member of the Elite Committee, I believe the responsibilities we carry are significant.

Moving forward, I plan to continue delivering real value to users by sharing accurate, practical, and professional knowledge. My goal is to help traders avoid going down the wrong path, prevent them from falling into scams, and ensure they develop the right understanding of the industry.

In addition, I will uphold a fair and impartial role within the industry. As part of the WikiFX Elite Club, I aim to promote transparency by educating users on how to use reliable channels to verify a brokers background, license status, and operational credibility. By doing so, we can reduce misinformation, strengthen investor protection, and contribute to building a healthier and more trustworthy trading environment.

Ultimately, my contribution to the Club and the industry is to guide traders in the right direction, raise overall awareness, and reinforce a culture of safety, integrity, and accountability.
