No, Milliva is not regulated. In my experience, an unregulated broker like this raises red flags, especially for someone who values the protection that regulation offers. Milliva claims to be regulated by Comoros, but that doesn't provide the same level of oversight as other well-known regulatory bodies, which is a major drawback for me when choosing a broker.
