Reason for this Visit

The United Arab Emirates is one of the wealthiest and most modern nations in the Middle East, with Dubai being its most populous and internationally influential city. It has now emerged as the premier financial hub for the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia (MEASA) region. Ranking 11th globally in the Global Financial Centres Index (GFCI), Dubai has also established itself as a prominent Fintech hub. Furthermore, the Dubai government, through its “D33 economic agenda”, aims to establish the financial sector as a pillar of the non-oil economy and position Dubai among the top three global financial centres by 2033.

The UAEs capital markets and forex trading are growing rapidly. Supported by market expansion, regulatory openness, increasing foreign capital inflows, and economic diversification, the UAE is poised to become a significant growth engine for the global capital market in the next decade.

On-site Visit

As scheduled, WikiFX survey team conducted an on-site visit to the forex broker Moneta Markets in Dubai. According to publicly available information, the brokers office address is Suite B402, The Opus Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

The survey team arrived at the Dubai International Financial Centre area, where Moneta Markets is located in The Opus Tower, Business Bay.

The Opus Tower is an iconic building in Dubai‘s Business Bay, renowned for its unique “hollow cube” design. It is a mixed-use complex integrating offices, a hotel, apartments, and dining options. Not only is it an architectural landmark in Dubai, but it also serves as a gathering place for international enterprises and high-net-worth individuals. Its distinctive design and multi-functional positioning make it an integral part of Dubai’s financial and commercial ecosystem, attracting numerous multinational companies to establish offices here.

As photography is prohibited both inside and outside the building, the survey team could only take some external photos using a mobile phone.

Subsequently, the investigators took the elevator and successfully reached the 4th floor of Tower B, where Moneta Markets is located, and confirmed the office number as B402. Both the building and its interior corridors were kept in pristine condition, which contributed to an overall impression of professionalism and order. Upon stating their purpose, the survey team was granted access to the brokers premises and permitted to take photographs.

The Dubai office of Moneta Markets is housed in four dedicated rooms, supported by a main hall equipped with 18 workstations. The working environment is pristine, with both common areas and workspaces in excellent order. The staff are highly professional—all contributing to a strong impression of reliability and a modern, well-functioning operation.

Conclusion

The survey team went to the UAE to visit the forex broker Moneta Markets as scheduled and found the companys office at its publicly disclosed business address. This indicates that the broker maintains genuine business premises at this location. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make an informed decision following comprehensive consideration.
