The customer service staff sometimes have a strong accent, especially the Indian operator, whose English is difficult to understand. Last time, when I asked about security deposit calculations, they took ages to explain, which wasted quite a bit of time. The Chinese customer service is fine, though, and their communication is quite clear. The only problem is that the line is always busy around 3 or 4 pm, and I have to call two or three times to get through. While all my problems are usually resolved, communication can be challenging at times. More training for the customer service staff on communication skills would be helpful.
